Enterprise and Youth Media join forces to attract graduates

posted in Car Rental |

In an effort to attract graduates Enterprise has teamed up with Youth Media, the UK’s leading media network aimed at younger people, to create an app which will feature on their YouthWire Desktop Platform. The app will explain to users throughout the country’s universities and colleges how Enterprise operates as a business, its culture and any opportunities which are available.

The Enterprise app is currently being offered to students at 34 UK universities. It is available to 650,000 potential future Enterprise employees who can access the app in study areas and libraries. The app allows interested parties to apply online directly for any positions being advertised.

Within the UK’s education system, Youth Media is currently the largest media owner. It has a potential reach of 2.5 million students within the age range of 14-25. The youth media network currently has partnerships with well over 200 institutions, all of whom fully endorse its platform.

Commenting on the new tie-up with Enterprise, Director of Youth Media, Justin Smith, said: “With reports that there are 70 graduates applying for every vacancy in the UK, companies know they need to sift through the market and identify the best candidates, and Enterprise was able to get an excellent start to this process through this app on our platform.”

Youth Media also markets its partners through a diverse portfolio of ambient and outdoor media. Posters in educational establishment are to be found throughout the departments in study areas, near photocopiers and near banks of computers available to students.
