BA will fly majority of routes after strike

Europe’s third biggest airline, British Airways (BA), said that it will operate the majority of its flights from Heathrow Airport after a second walkout of cabin crew ended at midnight. BA cancelled a hundred of its flights when its staff made a three-day strike this week and last. The walkout, which began on 20 March, was eventually followed by four more days of work stoppage. The UK national carrier is now facing a threat of more industrial action next month if the company fails to forge a decision about the fate of 12,000 workers.
