Australian’s have voted against the group that once claimed it was the world’s favourite airline, with a new survey naming the embattled carrier as their least-favourite airline on which to travel to the United Kingdom. British Airways finished in last place of the customer satisfaction survey conducted by travel consultancy specialists Choice. Australia’s national carrier fared little better, receiving poor scores for its British service.
