Low cost carriers Ryanair and easyJet was said to have received the most number of complaints last year than any other airline that had been utilized by British passengers.
According to the Air Transport Users Council (AUC), complaints from passengers on both airlines include cancellation of flights, missing luggage and denied boarding. easyJet was hard-hit with a total of 719 complaints followed by Ryanair with 673. Both budget carriers appear to have more and more complaints received since 2005.

The global retail sales for Land Rover as of February 2010 had improved at a rate of 29.6 per cent compared to the same period last year. Land Rover sales in the UK for the month of February were up 46.8 per cent, higher compared to the same month last year. Land Rover’s continued boost in sales was said to be on its sixth consecutive month, demonstrating the automaker’s stability in the UK market.

The first planned UK-wide rail strike in 16 years looks set to throw Easter travel plans into disarray, particularly in light of the recently announced strike action by British Airways cabin crew members that has caused Prime Minister Gordon Brown to speak out publicly over the industrial action – a rarity for a ruling PM.

Land Rover, an international car giant, has reported that sales for February 2010 are increasing steadily. Retail sales for the luxury car giant have risen exponentially since February of last year with a 29.6 percent increase from 2009.
