The threat of another strike at British Airways could happened at any time. However, new reports now suggest that the union strike is not likely to happen during Easter. Unite, the union that is representing the airline’s cabin crew, said that no action would occur over Easter. This announcement comes just after the union chose to hold a new strike ballot.
A spokesman for the union, Len McCluskey, said that he wanted families to be able to plan their travel arrangements in confidence. British Airways attacked the union statement saying that it offered little comfort to travelers, as a strike [...]

New reports now show that Thorpe park is being criticized for hiring students to take part in their trials involving electric shocks. This theme park is apparently testing a brand new horror attraction called SAW Alive.
For the grand sum of £50, these college students have agreed to be put through a series of punishing psychological tests and be given a range of electric shocks. Thus, it appears that Thorpe Park is aiming at people with low income and in need of money to take part in these tests.

The Air France-KLM move now requires that larger passengers will be required to buckle themselves in across two seats. The new regulations will apply to all Air France-KLM flights from April 1st and to all tickets purchased after the 1st of February, with refunds provided [...]

Europcar, who joined forced with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2008 to form the world’s largest hire car network, has announced this week that as of April 2010 they will be operating in the Southeast Asian country of Cambodia.
After reaching an agreement in 2009 with the RM Asia Group (RMA) it is this operator who will oversee the running of the Cambodian network. RMA Cambodia group country manager Rami Sharaf, whose outfit presently distributed Ford vehicles across Britain, called the new move a welcome one for Cambodia where the standard and availability of decent rental vehicles has been for long practically non-existent.
