After just being able to stop a Christmas strike threat, it seems that British Airways is once again going to have to deal with the possibility of a strike. This is because plans for a February strike could already be gearing up due to a New Year ballot.

Apparently the would-be terrorist that tried to blow up a United States jet on Christmas Day has recently revealed that there are more just like him that are currently being trained by al-Qaeda. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab went on to tell agents that were questioning him that he was one of many bombers being groomed to perform more attacks on American-bound aircrafts.

Experts are now saying that visitor numbers to the UK will top 30 million as tourism to the UK returns to growth next year. According to predictions from VisitBritain, there should be a rise of 0.8 percent in the number of visitors that make their way to the UK. This should bring the overall number of visitors to the UK up to 30.4 million. This number will be boosted by a weak pound and an improving economic situation.

The Indian airline Jet Airways, has unveiled its latest holiday product offering in the form of package tour brand JetEscapes, a new service designed to provide custom-made travel packages to holiday-makers and visitors to destinations that feature on the carrier’s network.
