It now seems that a record number of 1.65 million UK passengers will choose a cruise holiday for 2010. This is an increase of almost 6.5 percent over this year’s numbers. This bold claim comes straight from the Passenger Shipping Association.
Bill Gibbons, the director at Passenger Shipping Association, said that they predict a record of 1.65 million UK passengers to choose a cruise vacation for 2010. This will be due to two things – value and variety. Overall, the cruise industry has struggled much like the rest of travel world. Thus, this new prediction is good news for the industry.
