It now seems that Airbus has just recently revealed that it has an order from Ethiopain Airlines. The reason why this is such a big deal for Airbus is because Ethiopian Airlines is a long term Boeing customer. The order is for 12 of its new A350 XWB aircrafts, in a deal that is valued at $2.8 billion. This now brings Airbus’ worldwide orders to 505.

As many people have already heard, British Airways is in danger of having to deal with a strike this coming Christmas. Although this is very bad news for the airline, it is also bad news for all of the travelers that have already booked tickets with the airline.

Massive changes have been called for in the services offered by Irish Rail ahead of the Malahide viaduct reopening tomorrow by a railway passengers group.
Rail Users Ireland said in a statement that while they welcomed the viaduct’s reopening, they also warned against being sucked in by the back-patting Irish Rail organisation who has trumpeted their achievement in completing the project in just three months. High speed rail journeys from London to Scotland have become more likely with the commissioning of a report into the feasibility of the project.
Continental Europe is riddled with high-speed rail networks, with France and Spain being the biggest beneficiaries with connections between Lyon and Paris or Madrid and Seville.
